How to Book
Step One: Choose a Show
Go to the Theatre Ladder where all available shows are listed. By default, shows are sorted by Title. You can change this to sort by Date, Venue or Category by clicking on the list at the top on the right. Scroll down, find the show you want and decide on number of tickets (depending on your membership level) - then click the "Add to Basket" button. If you want to book tickets for another show, repeat Step One.

Step Two: Pay your Booking Fee
Once you've chosen all the tickets you want, click the "Check Out" link in the My Basket My Basket box located in the left-hand margin of the Theatre Ladder page. Review your bookings on the Check Out page and if you're happy, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. Now your web browser will be directed to Protx where you enter your card details for authorisation. They accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Delta, Visa Electron and Solo.

Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo and American Express

There is a booking fee of £2.00 for each ticket. Card authorisation should only take two minutes. If your booking process is delayed by longer than five minutes your tickets may be returned to the site and you may need to repeat the process.

Step Three: Print Out Your Confirmation Details
As soon as your payment has been approved, your web browser will be directed back to The Audience Club and a message will appear confirming that the transaction has been completed. Your booking will now be confirmed by email to the address saved in My Details. It is important that you always keep your details up to date on the site. If for any reason you do not receive a booking confirmation you may also print out a copy from My Details. From Your Bookings on the right hand side, simply click on the title of the show and print out.

Step Four: Enjoy The Show!
Present your Membership Card and confirmation to the box office at least thirty minutes before the start of the show, where you will collect your tickets.
