How Does it Works?
The Theatre Ladder (London’s Best Kept Secret ) is where all the shows are listed. Annual membership fees are £25 for the Classic Membership to book two tickets at a time and £50 for a Prestige Membership allows 4 tickets at a time. Shows on offer may be for one night or over a number of days.
Paying for tickets: In order for us to keep our booking fees down we operate payments on The Kitty system whereby you pop £10.00 or more into your online fund rather than making individual payments for each ticket. This enables you to grab those hot tickets fast, especially good if you are using your mobile phone to access the site.
Once you have selected your tickets, go to Check Out to confirm your tickets. The small admin fee must be paid using funds in your kitty. You can add funds to your kitty at any time.
The Club’s website DOES NOT hold your credit card details; you are directed to Sage Pay, a secure on-line payment site where you enter your card details for authorisation. They accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Delta, Visa Electron and Solo.
After joining up you will be sent your membership card which is your key to picking up your tickets at the venues box offices. We send a guest list to the venue each day and we request that you always pick up your tickets at least thirty minutes before each show and ask that you support the venue by purchasing a drink at the bar or a programme.
