The Audience Club exists to provide its Members with the opportunity to book tickets to shows and productions made available to the Audience Club on a complimentary basis by theatres and other venues.  Members are required to pay an annual Membership fee to join The Audience Club together with a Booking Fee for each ticket.  These charges are subject to change.

Members of The Audience Club agree to respect The Audience Club Membership Terms and Conditions and accept that availability of tickets cannot be guaranteed.

The Audience Club is committed to respect Members' privacy and to protecting personal information entered onto our web site and stored in our database.

The Audience Club will never pass on Members' personal details or share database information with any other company or marketing organisation.  We may, at times, contact Members via email to ask for feedback about performances if requested to do so by the theatre/venue or company manager.

To confirm Members ticket bookings, we send a list of Members names to the box offices of each venue where seats have been booked through www.theaudienceclub.com website..

Personal information is collected in order for The Audience Club to provide Members with tickets to performances and to make contact with Members in connection with Club Membership. The following data is retained during a Member's Membership of the Club: title, name, postal address and postcode, a telephone number, an email address, date of birth and gender, expiry date of Membership.

It is important that the data we hold for Members is accurate and ask Members to ensure their details are kept up to date.

Please note that Members' credit or debit card details are not retained by The Audience Club and will need to be re-entered each time a card is used on the website. Card payments are authorised via PROTX/Royal Bank of Scotland Streamline Merchant Services.
