TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP OF THE AUDIENCE CLUB LTD.

1. Payments are made online using a credit card or debit card through Streamline Merchant Services/Royal Bank of Scotland and a booking fee charged. .The Audience Club does not retain the Member's card details. The Booking Fee is charged to cover administration costs, bank charges and credit card fees

2. The Audience Club tickets are limited and subject to availability. All prices and fees quoted are subject to change at anytime without notice.

3. By booking tickets via The Audience Club website the Member agrees to allow his or her name to be notified to the box office of the show. The box-office may use this information as it wishes. The Audience Club is not responsible for the box-office's use of this information. Sometimes the venue will ask us for feedback on the production. We will notify you by email to ask for your comments, but will not give your email address to the venue.

4. Members of The Audience Club agree that they will be respectful and polite to Box Office staff when exchanging their personalised email confirmation for tickets, accepting the tickets that they are allocated and not demanding alternatives. Tickets issued to The Audience Club Member must not be disputed, as complimentary tickets are a privilege and not a right.

5. To collect tickets for a show at the theatre/performance box office, Members must show their Membership cards to the Box-Office personnel, together with their personalised email confirmation at least 30 minutes prior to the performance.

6. The Audience Club Membership is not transferable. The Member's name on the printed voucher must correspond to The Audience Club booking list held at the Box Office, and Membership Card. Misuse of Membership privileges will result in the immediate cancellation of the Membership without refund of fees paid.

10 All Members make a commitment to attend the show that they have booked tickets for. This is the prime reason for Membership in the Audience Club. If for any reason Members do not collect their tickets at the Box Office their booking fees will not be refunded and renewal of their Membership may be refused.

11 Members who are unable to attend the performance or collect booked tickets must inform The Audience Club immediately using the telephone number on their Membership card 020 7708 5770 or by emailing membership@theaudienceclub.com to avoid suspension of their Membership.

12. Members are NOT permitted to resell complimentary tickets, which are numbered and traceable. Doing so will result in the cancellation of the Club Membership without refund.

13. The Audience Club Member is not permitted to discuss their Membership or privileged seating with other theatre patrons at any time. This is a commitment we have made with the theatres, and must be strictly adhered to.

14. In some unforeseen circumstances the theatre may not be able to honour The Audience Club's bookings. Should this be the case, contact us immediately 0207 708 5770 and we will use reasonable endeavours to find you an acceptable alternative show, or refund your booking fee. Members' cannot challenge the box-office personnel decision. We need to maintain a positive relationship with the theatre and continued access to tickets for Club Members.

15. The Audience Club is not responsible if the Member incurs an injury or accident whilst at the theatre/place of performance. Any incidents must be reported directly to the venue.

16. Refund of Membership fees. Members may be entitled to a refund of their Membership fees less an administrative fee of £15.00 up to 30 days after purchase if no tickets have been booked. Please contact us by email at membership@theaudienceclub.com, giving the reason(s) for cancellation. Any refunds given may be paid by cheque sent to the address that the Member has given on registration.
